The Standard
Every gathering is held at venues befitting the caliber of our membership. Historic clubs, distinguished private residences, and landmark Texas establishments serve as our gathering places.
Attendance is limited by design. We believe the value of a gathering is inversely proportional to its size. A dinner of twenty yields conversations impossible at a conference of two hundred.
Discretion is paramount. What is discussed at Council events remains within the Council. This understanding allows for the candor that makes our gatherings genuinely valuable.
Technology is discouraged during gatherings. We ask members to be present— truly present—for the brief hours we convene. The world will wait.
